Get ready for the Adventure of your cheese fever dreams! Our four-course dinner will feature 10 different creameries from top to bottom of our brave little state, from enduring icons like Jasper Hill and Cabot to hidden gems like Barn First and Parish Hill.
The Swiss dairy cows will be waiting for you as you park at the Farm Barn—and they are just the first treat!
Enjoy a self-guided tour of the Farm Barn, sipping on a welcome drink and first course straight from our pop-up kitchen before settling into our long tables for a family-style feast.
We’re pulling out all the stops to create our most epic cheese dinner yet—five courses of creativity highlighting the top produce, veggies + VT proteins woven around the world-class cheese made in our Brave Little State. Peep last year’s menu here to whet your whistle.
We’ll close out this magical evening with a fire-cooked dessert and a last sip outside, taking in the magic of Shelburne Farms after hours.
Adventure Dinner tickets are $181 per person (plus 9% + 10% VT Rooms and Meals Tax and 1% Local Shelburne Tax) and include: five courses, four paired cocktails and wine courses (alcohol-free available upon request), donation to the Vermont Cheese Council
Due to the nature of this particular dinner, we are unable to offer vegan or dairy-free options.
