We’re Hiring!

Adventure Dinner is hiring experienced hands for our summer + fall season.

As a part of our team, you’ll get to work outside, build lasting friendships, and experience Vermont farms and producers as an insider.

We are currently looking for:

  • Seasonal Event Chefs (Full and Part Time)

  • Bartenders and Bar Leads (Offsite Event and at the Clubhouse, Full and Part Time)

  • Front of House Guest Care (Part Time to Full Time)

Adventure Dinner seeks candidates that embrace a diversity of viewpoints and cultural identities. We guarantee a livable wage to all ($25+), with increases in our pay scale commensurate with experience in your field.

  • Cook outside over fire as part of the Adventure Dinner culinary team!

Chefs will help prep, pack, transport and execute our large-scale farm and private events, working with a large team of culinary and guest care coworkers.

Ideal chef candidates will need foundational understanding of kitchen and restaurant work with a passion to increase their fire-grilling knowledge with our team. Must have weekend availability.

We are hiring full time and part time culinary positions, as well as a Season Chef Lead role for a candidate with leadership and event management responsibilities.

  • Are you an experienced bartender looking to take your skills to unique Vermont farms + places?

We are hiring full time and part time folks to execute high-end cocktails, mocktails and beverages for our public dinners, private offsite events and at our own event space, The Clubhouse.

Ideal candidates should have a background in bartending, with passion to learn more from our experienced team. Friday and/or Saturday availability key in the busy season, with optionality to choose how many shifts you’d like each week (up to full time, hourly work).

  • Ready to get paid to spend your summer outdoors? Adventure Dinner is looking for compassionate, driven teammates to join our Guest Care team.

Our Guest Care team wears many hats—you help pack the trucks, set up our gorgeous tables, run dishes at our dinners and events, and magically break it all down and clean at the end.

Guest Care work ranges from our public farm Adventure Dinners, to private events, to parties at our Clubhouse venue.

Ideal candidates have a love of entertaining and hospitality experience, understand that hosting and cleaning go hand in hand, and want to see a new side of Vermont farms and local products.

Friday and/or Saturday availability key in the busy season, with optionality to choose how many shifts you’d like each week (up to full time, hourly work). Also seeking a Seasonal Event Lead role for a candidate with leadership and event management experience.
