Born from our collective love of gathering and exploration, The Clubhouse adds another way to experience Adventure Dinner inside a thoughtfully designed and welcoming space.

We host ticketed dinners at the Clubhouse throughout the year, and offer private rentals for birthday parties, corporate presentations + dinners, celebrations of life, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and so much more.

The Clubhouse offers a memorable setting for turn-key events featuring Vermont fare.

Customizable food + drink menus let you tailor your offerings to your party, and three distinctly decorated rooms let the party flow from cocktail hour to dessert.

Bonus—hosting your event at The Clubhouse includes all tables, chairs, glassware, silverware, linen, and serving ware rentals.

Great food starts with Vermont! Adventure Dinner sources from local farms and producers, and highlight the abundance of our special state through creative, seasonally-driven menus.
We are able to creatively adapt menus to most dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian.
- Dinner party packages are $95/pp and include a welcome appetizer or snack tower, multi-course dinner, and dessert.
- Beautiful buffet dinner services are $80/pp
- Grazing tables + passed apps packages start at $35/pp
- Mix and mingle dinner parties start at $60/pp
Food packages are based on a 3 hour party, and priced per person.
Our beverage team uses the peak farm bounty for creative, seasonal bar menus that feature craft cocktails, mocktails, local beer, and natural wine.
Beverage charges are based on guest consumption your event, with very reasonable minimums based on number of guests in your party.
The Clubhouse is conveniently located at 70 Roosevelt Highway, Colchester—only 5 minutes to downtown Winooski, 12 minutes to downtown Burlington and 1 minute off I-89.
There are 70 free parking spots on site.
The Clubhouse is a great fit for events of 12-75 folks.
