Cheese lovers unite—we’re taking you on a journey around the state in one epic cheese dinner. Our multi-course feast will feature 10+ different Vermont creameries hailing from every corner of our Brave Little State, from enduring cheesemaker icons to hidden creamery gems.
This adventurous evening is hosted on the picturesque historic landscape of Shelburne Farms. Upon arrival, catch our culinary team in action cooking the dinner over a live fire and learn about the creameries featured this evening.
Wander to our pop-up bar and grab a welcome cocktail before enjoying an abundant grazing table featuring inventive, cheese-y bites.
Our tables will be set inside one of the historic structures of the Farms for a truly memorable dining experience. Exec Chef Eric Hodet will be flexing his creativity for a multi course feast that weaves local produce and proteins around the world-class cheese made right here in Vermont. We’ll close out this magical evening with a fire-cooked dessert, sparklers, and a last sip outside, taking in the magic of Shelburne Farms after sunset.
Adventure Dinner tickets are $180 per person (plus 9% + 10% VT Rooms and Meals Tax and 1% Local Shelburne Tax) and include: five courses, four paired cocktails and wine courses (alcohol-free available upon request), donation to the Vermont Cheese Council
