We brought back our most innovative dishes and drink pairings from this year’s Adventure Dinners to one spot! Our first-ever 7-Course Tasting Menu at our secret party room in downtown Burly. 

Each of the seven tasting courses hailed from our sold-out dinners this year, and featured the brilliant drink pairing from that same meal. 

From the comfort of a candlelit art gallery, we traveled to all the corners of Vermont, tasting the fan favorites from:
