We were honored to bring our long table to the stunning show gardens of Horsford Nursery for a private garden feast that highlighted nearby Vermont farms produce, animals, and cheese. Guests sipped on culinary cocktails while learning about the integrated and sustainable horticultural practices that make this slice of heaven so special.

Our 3 hour experience kicked off with a festive welcome hour–a chance to meet fellow guests and farmers, sip a cocktail or mocktail from our pop-up bar, visit our field kitchen for your first course, and enjoy a leisurely self-guided tour of the magical gardens.

For dinner we took a seat at our signature long tables set amongst the rows of flowers for an abundant, shared meal sourced from Vermont farms and cooked over open flame. Punctuated by thoughtful wine and culinary cocktail pairings for each course (alcohol-free pairings available by request).

After dessert, we enjoyed a farm sunset and a magical sparkler send off.
