Calling all moon worshippers–set your celestial intentions for a summer solstice celebration with Killeen Crossroads Farm!

Executive Chef James Kitchens (Adventure Dinner) and Chef Breana Lai Killeen (Killeen Farm) will serve a 4-course ode to their Chinese and Filipino heritage using the Asian vegetables, eggs, and chickens raised on the farm. 

Our evening starts with a welcome hour where you can grab a cocktail or mocktail from our pop-up bar and visit our field kitchen for your first savory bites. You’ll have special access to tour the farm, learning about the innovative and sustainable agricultural practices the Killeens use for raising chickens, cows, veggies and fruit. 

For dinner, we’ll take a seat at our signature long table for a feast cooked over open flames. Each course is paired with wine or mocktails to take you on a journey through the homestyle Asian cooking that sets a culinary foundation for both our Chefs. Expect a table-to-farm feast you’ll dream about until winter, presented by two brilliant chefs. (Delightful non-alcoholic pairings available upon request.) 

We’ll end our adventure with dessert and digestivo drinks on the farmhouse patio, lingering in the golden hour rays—a perfect end to a summer solstice celebration.

Adventure Dinner tickets are $175 per person (plus 9% + 10% VT Rooms and Meals Tax, and Local Shelburne and include: four courses, four paired cocktails and wine courses (alcohol-free available upon request), self-guided farm tour, solstice sparkler closing ceremony (weather permitting).

This event is rain or shine! In the event of rain, we’ll move our long table inside the barn. 

Gratuity is not included; it is at your discretion following the dinner.
