We are back with our popular botanical dinner in the NEK with Wilson Herb Farm!
Our dinner kicks off with a welcome hour where you can enjoy your first heirloom botanical-infused cocktail or mocktail, grab your first bite from our chefs in the field kitchen, and take in sweeping views of the farm.
Our epic long table will be nestled right in with the wild oats and echinacea, waiting to be filled with multiple fire-cooked courses highlighting ingredients growing mere feet from your plate. Farm-fresh, herb-infused cocktails and wine will be perfectly paired with each course. (Delightful non-alcoholic pairings available upon request.)
After a relaxing dinner, we’ll gather ‘round for a final sweet treat served straight from the creemee stand and our signature sparkler send-off (weather permitting).
Adventure Dinner tickets are $175 per person (plus 9% + 10% VT Rooms and Meals Tax) and include: four courses, four paired cocktails and wine courses (alcohol-free available upon request), private farm tour.
This event is rain or shine! In the event of rain, we’ll move our long table inside the magical greenhouse.
Gratuity is not included; it is at your discretion following the dinner.

We are happy to allow for tickets to transfer between friends or families. Due to the complicated nature of our events, we are not able to offer ticket refunds.
With advance notice, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and alcohol-free options. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the registration form at checkout. If we CANNOT accommodate any dietary restrictions, we will note that clearly in the event description above.
We offer non-alcoholic options at every event! We give them the same attention and care, ensuring each drink is delicious and perfectly paired. Make a note at checkout that you'd prefer N/A.
We’re so lucky to have an amazing photographer at each of our events to capture our experience together. We use these photos for promotional purposes for Adventure Dinner on social, web and press. And we share photos here on our site so you can enjoy them too!
