Adventure Dinner: Orchard

We hosted a special evening at Scott Farm Orchards to showcase orchard-to-table dining as it's never been done before. This four-course, four drink feast included an array of seasonal bites and sips, a long table planted between rows of blossoming trees and unfettered orchard access with over 130 varieties of heirloom apples and ecologically grown fruits.

Our Adventure began with an incredible Aperitif hour among centuries old-stone walls and a one-of-a-kind setting. After canapés, platters of oysters, and cocktails, we made our way to a table set in the orchard to feast on seafood and local vegetables grilled over binchotan charcoal prepared by star chef, Nevin Taylor. We were treated to an amazing tour from all-around apple aficionado, Scott Farm’s Orchardist Erin Robinson.

As the sun set over the mountain, our ‘dining room’ was lit by an incredible magenta sky. We made our way back to the barn to cap our evening with sparklers and sweet treats as we all basked in the majestic sunset views and colorful hues.
