Lake Champlain as never experienced before! Guests started their evening with a cruise on the lake to a remote rock outcropping, craft cocktail in hand. At our little nook in the woods, Chef Doug and Chef Christian cooked fresh fish and local meats over open flames while guests enjoyed an idyllic Vermont sunset.
