Our second annual farm dinner with Vermont legends Jasper Hill Creamery and Hill Farmstead Brewery, this year hosted at the stunning Wilson Herb Farm. This four-course feast featured a cheese-studded menu brilliantly paired with beguiling beers from the most beloved brewery in the country. (We heard a rumor that the folks at Hill Farmstead might have busted out some gems for this special night…just saying.) This year we proudly to hosted this iconic dinner on the peaceful property of Wilson Herb Farm in the Northeast Kingdom. Our own James Kitchens (aka cheese genius) presented course after delightfully cheesy course at our long table set in a glowing greenhouse. Glasses of smooth Hill Farmstead suds flowed freely all night, punctuating each bite.
