We got ready to taste greatness at our farm dinner with Vermont legends Jasper Hill and Hill Farmstead!

It’s true—we jumped out of our seat for this four-course feast featuring a cheese-studded menu brilliantly paired with beguiling beers from the most beloved brewery in the country.

Guests had a leisurely moment to enjoy the sunset before wandering into a picturesque greenhouse where our long table was waiting, covered in a massive cheeseboard worthy of their instagram stories.

And that was just the beginning.

We could tell you more…but you’ll have to see the photos below it to believe it! Glasses of smooth Hill Farmstead suds punctuated each course, paired with the genius cheese magic of Adventure Dinner’s Executive Chef, James Kitchens.

We ended our night around a roaring bonfire, dessert in hand and smiles all around.
