We brought our long tables back to the largest–and may we say, most stunning–barn in all of Vermont with our friends at Shelburne Farms. This magical setting was the backdrop for a feast sourced from the working landscape that sorrounded us, with stories and smiles from the farmers who grew it.
Our 3 hour experience kicked off with a festive welcome hour–a chance to meet fellow guests and farmers, sip a cocktail or mocktail from our pop-up bar, visit our field kitchen for your first course, and enjoy a leisurely self-guided tour of the historic Breeding Barn.
For dinner we took a seat at our signature long table for an abundant, shared meal sourced from Vermont farms and cooked over open flame.
The evening was punctuated by thoughtful wine and culinary cocktail pairings for each course (alcohol-free pairings also provided).
