A Few Details
Your appointment reserves seats for your party; keep in mind that our pop-ups utilizes a variety of different seating structures and it does not guarantee a table to yourself. And hey, it’s more fun that way anyway.

So...what does an Adventure Dinner Residency look like?
Peg + Ter's restaurant is taking an extended hiatus. While they're on leave, we've got the reins to transform this beloved Shelburne mainstay into an Adventure Dinner playground for two months.
When can we dine with you?
Starting Oct 26 we’re open Thursdays and Fridays 5- 9 pm, and will feature rotating themed menus (see above) for a la carte eats + drinks. On these nights we also offer a four-course prix fixe option + booze packs for the foodie thrill seekers out there. Sign up to our newsletter to get first dibs on reservations as we release dates!
Can I make a reservation?
Yes, in fact, reservations are strongly encouraged! You wanna walk in? Bar seating will be open for first come, first served. For parties over 6, shoot us an email (sas@ adventuredinner.com) to reserve.
Will there still be Adventure Dinners?
YOU BET! Saturdays we bring our signature Adventure Dinner meals to life with one seating of family style, four-course, four-drink explorations...menus we only get to host with the force of a full-fledged kitchen at our disposal.
What does the space look like?
Our Decorating Monster (founder Sas) is transforming the space for each theme with full gusto. Follow along on Instagram for the first sneak peeks of her work.
Are you offering private events in this space during the Residency?
YUP, in partnership with Peg + Ter’s we are able to host fully private events on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and offer partial buyout options for open days.
