Adventure Dinners are speakeasy-style gatherings in unexpected places. We collaborate with other Vermont makers and local food producers to create dining experiences unlike any other. Be prepared to be on your toes; RSVP to a dinner and you'll get the exact starting location texted 24 hours before the event. 

 

Adventure Dinners are organized and hosted by Stonecutter Spirits, a craft distillery focused on the art of aging gin and whiskey in Middlebury, Vermont.

Addison County, VT (less than an hour from Burlington area)

Fire, cocktails, sunset--this is the summer fete you've been dreaming would happen. Guests arrive at a Cornwall orchard and receive a map to explore the farm as one only hopes--wandering through a maze of old apple trees to discover feasts hidden between the groves. 

Starting with clambake a la plancha--a tantalizing combination of sea and fire--and ending with a sit-down feast facing the Adirondacks at dusk, this is a meal and adventure you won't want to miss. 

Wear comfortable shoes for a stroll on the farm. Event is rain or shine (and fun both ways). Veggie option available by request. 

Optional rustic sleepover available; light breakfast and coffee served in the morning.

Flower Farm

Organic flowers, treasure hunts and lamb roasts--oh my! Your evening starts with arrival at an idyllic flower farm tucked into central Vermont, and there your adventure awaits. 

You'll set off into the woods, finding your way with new friends and gathering treasure as you go. Once you emerge from the hunt you'll find Chef Matt and crew roasting lamb open air, and the flower feast will begin. So much more planned, but none to be revealed. 

Wear comfortable shoes for a stroll the the woods. Event is rain or shine (and fun both ways). Veggie option available. 

For guests looking for an extended experience, overnight camping on the farm is available for an additional $40 per person. BYO camping gear; breakfast, coffee and chickens waking you up all included.

Welcome to Lake Champlain as you've never experienced her before. You'll start your evening with a cruise on the lake to a remote rock outcropping, craft cocktail in hand. At our little nook in the woods Chef Doug and Chef Christian will be cooking fresh fish and local meats over open flames while you enjoy an idyllic Vermont sunset.

Bring a small flashlight and wear water-friendly shoes. Oh, and be ready for an evening to remember.
